As you enter the space, you’ll be drawn to the beautiful interiors featuring uniquely Chinese elements. Whether you’re dining solo, celebrating with a small group or a big crowd, you quite literally have a seat at the table. For a special occasion, you can even book a more secluded, intimate space that’s all yours.

There are four steps to having the best hotpot bar experience. First, select your broth AKA the building blocks of your hotpot and arguably the most important element. You can choose from Satay, Sweet Corn and Chicken Collagen (my personal pick as a beauty girly), Wild Mushroom Collagen and Mala Beef Cube. The ever-so-gracious servers will prepare it for you and you can watch (while, of course, taking content)!
Then choose your ingredients, from fresh leafy greens to mixed balls (the Cheese Dumpling and Lobster Ball are divine) or even Japanese wagyu rib-eye A5. There really is something for everyone!
Next, create your dipping sauce. Trust me, and let their servers create Chairman FU’s signature sauce that’s sweet to the taste but not too overpowering! And last but not least, cook your ingredients as the broth boils and enjoy!
