While the holidays are a time to round up family and friends to celebrate, not all of us, for whatever reason, are fans of the season. Merrymaker or not, there are two things that bring us together. One is a selection of our favorite, best-enjoyed-in-Christmastime food (looking at you, bibingka), and the second is a variety of alcoholic drinks or cocktails that either make the celebrations extra fun or simply bearable.Â

Ahead, we share easy-to-make Christmas cocktails curated from our favorite brands to get you smiling all the way through the oft-awkward gift exchanges and mandatory kamustahan (conversations) with curious relatives you only see once or twice a year.Â
Patrón Classic Margarita
For a drink that takes you straight to the beach
Ingredients
45 ml Patrón Silver
30 ml Patrón Citrónge Orange
22.5 ml Fresh lime juice
7.5 ml Simple syrup
Lime wedge for garnish
Kosher salt (optional)
Preparation
Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake. Strain onto fresh ice in a rock glass and garnish with lime wedge. Option to salt half the rim of the glass with kosher salt for balance and to enhance the flavors.

Johnnie Walker Double Black & Soda
A reminder of the til-sun-up dance marathons we had with the best people and strangers
Ingredients
25 ml Johnnie Walker Double Black
75 ml soda water
Lime wedge for garnish
Honey syrup (optional)
Preparation
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and add 25 ml Johnnie Walker Double Black. Top with 75ml soda water (you can also fill to the top). Garnish with a wedge of lime. Want it a little sweet? Add some honey syrup and stir.
Hendrick’s French 75
Here’s to livening up celebrations and welcoming new beginnings!
Ingredients
30 ml Hendrick’s Gin
10 ml Sugar Syrup
10 ml Lemon Juice
Champagne
Preparations
Mix gin, sugar and lemon in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake and fine strain into a flute glass. Top with champagne.
Moet & Chandon’s The Golden Hour
To manifest a sunny state of mind
Ingredients
10 ml peach liqueur
5 ml Maraschino liqueur or any cherry-flavored liqueur
1 Strawberry (cut into quarters)
2 Raspberries (cut in half)
3 Blueberries (cut in half)
75 ml Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial
Mint sprigs (optional)
Preparation
Put all the cut berries in a large glass. Gently press down using the back of a spoon and add the liqueurs. Top with Moët Impérial and stir. Add ice cubes to chill and garnish with two mint sprigs.
