Did Someone Order The New Sleek Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2? Well, You Should

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 is making us drool

In the world of technology and through the eyes of the average human (who doesn’t speak spec sheet), things can get kind of blurry. This year’s upgrades might not mean much and this month’s new features won’t change your day to day experience. And because tech is always evolving, the next step forward is a little hard to distinguish over the last.

But once in a while, there comes an entirely new contender that changes the game, that makes itself instantly recognizable. Obviously, we’re talking about the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2.

PS. I am aware this isn’t the first generation. But just go with it.

You can appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into the device from the first look. But while it’s definitely sleek, it might strike you as a little strange, like you’re holding two smartphones at the same time. Trust us though: flipping the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 open introduces you to an entirely new world of possibilities you won’t want to miss out on.

Massive screen usability

First things first: the device is fully useable while it’s unfolded. The 6.2-inch Infinity-O Cover screen provides the same experience as any other smartphone. Use it to send messages, check your email, laugh at memes and stream content to your heart’s desire. But, naturally, everything is different when you use the 7.6-inch Main Screen. Everything is bigger, yes, but unfolding the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 also provides you with more features to use at the touch of your finger.

At its core, the smartphone is intuitive and offers new and easy ways to interact with the same. The Multi-Active Window feature allows you to control screen layout with flexibility, as well as helps up your productivity because you can open multiple files within the same app at the same time. Meanwhile, the Multi-Window Tray allows you to view multiple apps at once—imagine being able to drag and drop text and images from one to the other.

Basically, you have a mini PC at the palm of your hands.

A+ craftsmanship

Samsung Ultra Thin Glass on the Main Screen, a Hideaway Hinge that seamlessly fits when you completely unfold the device, a brand new generation of sweeper technology to minimize dust accumulation. Everything is as it should and can be—trust us that you won’t look for much else (and you won’t find it elsewhere either).

Your needs first

As it comes to capturing the moments that matter, Samsung has always been at the forefront of technology. With the Galaxy Z Fold2, things are no different.

Flex mode is in the to help you capture content and review the same in real time—because Capture View Mode allows you to see what you’ve taken without having to leave the camera app. There’s also something called Auto framing, which comes in especially handy when you’re shooting hands-free. I mean, the flexibility of the device does allow you to shoot with a sort of built-in tripod for stability.
