Take it from Master Chef Cyrille Soenen: Rémy Martin is the secret ingredient for a scrumptious dish!
With Rémy Martin’s passion for excellence, the French spirits house teamed up with Antonio’s at PGA Cars’ Chef Cyrille Soenen. The Maîtres Cuisiniers de France (“Master Chef of France” in English) crafted remarkable dishes perfectly paired with the brand’s finest cognacs last July 6, 2023.
The full-course meal, exclusive to members of the press, consisted of dry-aged U.S. beef tenderloin infused with Rémy Martin VSOP, Chilean sea bass confit blended with Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal, lamb shoulder confit with Rémy Martin XO and dark chocolate clafoutis soaked in Cointreau for dessert. These dishes complimented the distinct notes and characteristics of Rémy Martin cognacs for the ultimate gastronomical and eco-conscious experience.
