PSA: There’s A New Drink In Town & It’s Called SUI Gin

SUI Gin marries traditional botanicals with modern finds, and the result is refreshing AF

I’m a sucker for routine, a creature of habit. I like what I like, and it takes a lot to get me to explore—or, more accurately, it takes a lot for me to accept change is better than what I already know. But sometimes life throws something at you that you just can’t ignore. So, long story short: I’ve stocked up on SUI Gin since first meeting it in June 2022.

SUI Gin is made with yuzu, green tea and ginger, which are further combined with more traditional gin botanicals: juniper berry, coriander seed, angelica root, cardamom, cinnamon, bitter orange peel and lemon peel. Yuzu is commonly used to accentuate flavors in Japanese dishes, green tea provides subtle umami notes and ginger offers a hint of spice without that disgruntling aftertaste. The result is a blend that looks, smells and tastes as refreshing as it is clean. And because it is incredibly subtle, it pairs well with almost anything.

But hey, we like to keep things simple. Fortunately, it doesn’t take much to perfect that SUI Gin serve:

  1. SUI Gin & Soda. Soda water and gin, 1:4 ratio
  2. SUI Sonic. Soda water and gin, 1:4 ratio, add a splash of tonic water

It’s literally that easy. Gone are the days you needed an arsenal of dried fruit and other botanicals to enjoy your gin. Goodbye to those bitter moments you realized too late that your drink just wasn’t meant for your food. This way is easier, simpler and honestly a lot more drinkable.

There’s no need to wait for the weekend, a birthday or an anniversary. If you ever wanted a way to safety celebrate the every-other day, pouring over some SUI Gin will do the drink.

SUI Gin is available in S&R stores, GrabMart, Lazada, Boozy and Boozeshop.
