PINTIG: Pusong Lasalyano Para sa Pilipino Presents Animusika 2020

For the benefit of Kada Uno Project

With countless families ravaged by the coronavirus in what has officially been declared as an economic recession in the countrythe worst since the ‘80scommunities have banded together to lend a helping hand. Look for the helpers, they said, and we focus our sight on those who give slivers of light in such unprecedented darkness.

For La Salle Week 2020, De La Salle University-Manila commemorates National Heroes Day by highlighting one of the La Sallian core values, zeal for service, amid the pandemic. Culminating their weeklong university-wide event from August 2 to 8, PINTIG: Pusong Lasalyano Para sa Pilipino, Animusika 2020 is the very first student-led online benefit concert.

The initiative is part of Kada Uno Project of De La Salle Philippines in collaboration with DSWD, which provides shelter and food for the homeless in over seven La Salle campuses all over the Philippines. Efforts call attention to what it means to be a “Lasallian Achiever for God and Country,” to inspire even more emerging servant-leaders.
