All Our Favorite Celeb Looks from Fashion Week

Looks we love from the fashion week sidelines

As the rest of the world continues to warm back up to old ways—remade and reshaped for the new normal—industries are playing catch-up with lost time. The world of fashion doesn’t fall far behind, as fashion shows come back in full swing with attendees re-populating the sides of the runways. While the Fall/Winter 2022 collections are gearing up to jumpstart the trends for later this year, we’ve spotted a couple of head-turning looks from attendees. From Milan to Paris, the ‘fits they served give us enough ideas for the rest of the year.

Ahead, we list down our favorite looks from this year’s celebrity attendees.

Kim Kardashian

Always seen with her statement sunglasses and hair neatly slicked back, Kim Kardashian lets the clothes do the talking. For Milan Fashion Week, the socialite commemorates her first Prada fashion show by rocking looks fresh off Prada’s Menswear collection—showing us that we can still find our favorite outfits in the men’s department. But, of course, one of her head-turning fits would be pairing the lime green leather boiler suit with a grey leather trench coat. Here, she puts a premium on power dressing.

It seems like plaid prints and tartan are still here to stay, as seen on BLACKPINK’s Jisoo. As a global ambassador, she arrives at the Dior Autumn/Winter 2022 show sporting an on-brand yellow tartan dress layered on a puffy-sleeved button-up and a necktie. BLACKPINK’s eldest and rookie actress pairs it with the classic black Lady Dior bag and black pumps. It’s giving refined Cher of Clueless while keeping it fun and dressy.

Anya Taylor-Joy

The Queen’s Gambit star Anya Taylor-Joy appears at Dior’s Autumn/Winter 2022 show in a short floral dress. Beads and sequins forming different flowers accentuate the piece, reminiscent of Maria Grazia Chiuri’s stay at the luxury brand. The actress lets the dress shine through by pairing it with all black accessories such as leather pumps, a black tweed coat and tinted cat-eye sunglasses. But the standout trend is the thick, black ribbon around her head, meant to keep her locks away from her bright face.

The K-pop star arrives in an all-black ensemble highlighted with tons of accessories, giving us ideas for days. Jennie arrives at the Chanel Fall/Winter 2022 show in a tweed strapless crop top with a velvet miniskirt and matching a puffer jacket. Jennie adds more spice to her outfit by layering gold necklaces and a signature Chanel box bag. For a daintier finish, she has her hair up in a princess crown braid and rocks black platform heels with white lace socks. All we can say is, *chefs kiss*

Rihanna

Mom-to-be and She-EO Rihanna schools us with another lesson in monochromatic, Gothcore dressing: playing with textures. She arrives at the Dior fashion show decked out in a sheer lace dress, showing off her baby bump. Rihanna coordinates her outer layers with a half-worn leather trench coat and knee-high leather boots. However, her take on accessorizing involves layers of necklaces and stacks of earrings made of silver and white diamonds, adding a different kind of sparkle to her outfit. It’s a yes from us.

Solenn Heussaff and Dr. Vicky Belo

Solenn Heussaff and Dra. Vicky Belo take on Milan Fashion Week as a tandem to watch out for with the help of Pam Quinones. Despite their ‘fits featuring logomania, oversized coats and spring-ready layers, we can’t help but gravitate to their monochromatic combos. Solenn brings biker gal chic with a cropped vinyl jacket over her dressy, blazer-style Balmain dress. Her cool neutrals bring a perfect balance to Dr. Vicky Belo’s vibrant red ensemble.

Heart Evangelista

Long-time Fashion Week regular and OG Crazy Rich Asian Heart Evangelista keeps it soft and fresh on her way to Isabel Marant’s Fall/Winter 2022 show. The baby blue Maison Glarino ruffled dress fits the upcoming summer season. Heart E keeps it night-ready and edgy by pairing it with an Alexander McQueen leather jacket, silver Louis Vuitton clutch and gleaming YSL mesh boots. That’s another styling tip to keep cool (both literally and figuratively) during the summer without sacrificing your edge.
