The country’s biggest fashion event moves off the runway once again
Since its reboot in 2021, Panasonic Manila Fashion Festival (PMFF) has continued to adapt to the new normal by pivoting the affair online. For its 13th season, PMFF moves off the physical runway once more—with new content and events. With GO LIFESTYLE Group at the helm and with the help of AC Design Yard and JCA Productions, the event redefines itself as the first Filipino fashion platform that utilizes digital solutions to connect different stakeholders to each other. In a press release, they share, “Our goal is to support the growth of the fashion industry by showcasing Filipino’s excellent fashion design talents and brands not only to the local market but also overseas through online and exhibit opportunities.”

Leading up to the kick-off date, Panasonic Manila Fashion Festival explores the Unglamorous Side of Fashion through a series of mini-documentaries on their Facebook and Instagram accounts. The Unglamorous Side of Fashion gives a peek into the other side of fashion through the perspectives of designers, manufacturers and the rest of the businesses related to the industry. Expect more episodes to drop even after the official end of Season 13.
Inside Scoop kicks off the festival from March 23 to 25. First, the show lets everyone meet the participating designers, offering the opportunity to learn more about the collections appearing on the virtual runway. Then on March 26, a couple of surprise guests will appear on Panasonic’s Facebook page to participate in a GRWM challenge. Expect them to show off the outfits they’d don front row at PMFF.
Now for the main event: watch the PMFF premiere shows online at mff-official.com from March 30 until April 2. On March 30, catch all-new Renan Pacson, Marc Rancy, Daryl Maat, R.A.F., Azucar, CAMLU and ARANAZ. Then on March 31, June Samson Pugat, BARBA, Oz Go, Kelvin Morales, Kaye Morales and Rhett Eala are set to take over the digital runway. Next, new collections by S’TOI|C, Jerome Lorico, Emir Yamamoto, Jun Escario, Alodia Cecilia, Ditta Sandico and Albert Andrada will debut on April 1. Lastly, stream the premiere show PMFF x STYLEM Collection for Season 13 on April 2.

The season doesn’t end there. Old patrons and new attendees can see selected collections through upcoming physical exhibits. After the premiere shows, catch the PMFF Season 13 Collection at Okada Manila from April 2 to 17. Then, over at Greenbelt 5’s Gallery Space is the PMFF x STYLEM Season 13 Collection on display.
