The repackaged, bestselling Active Skin Tint (P499) is now available in nine inclusive shades. Issy & Co. now offers a variety of three light shades, three medium shades and three deep shades to cover the full spectrum of Filipinos’ skin tones and undertones. The oil-free, tinted moisturizer, formulated with hero hydration product niacinamide, offers sun protection, too, with a Broad Spectrum UVB/UVA SPF 35.
In an exclusive Skin Masterclass with celebrity makeup artist Slo Lopez and model Daisy Ladriere AKA daze (new Paradise Rising act), the products were put to the test. For the professional MUA, the water-based formula works best with fingers or a dense brush, rather than a sponge, to absorb the product better and get the best coverage. Slo recommends not to use a primer with this particular formula but to, of course, apply skincare beforehand.
