The tandem behind some of Olivia Rodrigo and Willow Smith’s most memorable looks
Behind every newly-minted fashion darling is the stylist responsible for helping craft that image. Dua Lipa found magic with Lorenzo Posocco. Ariana Grande, with Mimi Cuttrell. In the case of Olivia Rodrigo and Willow Smith, the stylist in question is a duo: sisters Chloe and Chenelle Delgadillo (@chloeandchenelle on Instagram).
The two have quickly become the go-to stylists of LA’s “it” girls, dressing up the likes of Devon Lee Carlson for Marc Jacobs, Simi and Haze Khadra for Willow Smith’s “Transparent Soul” music video, and the LA icon herself, Paris Hilton.
They’re not ones that can be pigeonholed, though. From time to time, they break from their usually female roster of talents, collaborating with Bad Bunny or Jared Leto on gender-bending ensembles that are equally fun to watch out for. What’s clear, regardless of the celebrity, is that Chloe and Chenelle Delgadillo are never without a clear-cut narrative that drives the looks they put together.
On Instagram, where the Delgadillos primarily share their published work and behind-the-scenes snippets, they’ve listed themselves as “wardrobe scientists.” A pretty nice touch considering they’re constantly experimenting and skirting the boundaries of fashion. Olivia Rodrigo’s vintage Chanel look for her White House visit says function. The breadth of the sisters’ editorial work for titles like Paper, Galore, and Interview says fun.
It’s for this reason that @chloeandchenelle has easily become a favorite new follow on the platform, refreshing the timeline with what’s what, in terms of trends, on the who’s who in the worlds of fashion and entertainment. Get them on your timeline, too.
