For Paris Fashion Week, ASICS introduced the ASICS SportStyle GT-2160™, the brand’s premium concept sneaker made in partnership with top fashion brands. The Pop-Up event showcased the different iterations of the shoe by Cecilie Bahnsen, DIME, Hal Studios and AIREI. Apart from the team-ups, ASICS touts this collection as a show of their evolution since the release of the GT-2160™ shoe in the 2020s, now with an updated silhouette and three new colorways.
Eager Filipinos might have to wait a bit more to get their hands on the collaborations. Sometime around August, the ASICS SportStyle GEL-1130™ will make its way to Philippine shelves, priced at P9,990. Meanwhile, the ASICS GT-2160™ x Cecilie Bahnsen shoes (AKA a Wonder Wardrobe favorite), priced at P14,290, will drop locally by November.

Puma Brings Back the Classic Palermo OG
This 80s terrace legend pays homage to Sicily, Italy
If you’ve been following (and liking) Dua Lipa on the grid as early as May of this year, you might’ve seen her sport a unique blue shoe from Puma. Peppered in between effortlessly but curated Instagram dumps is the signature blue-and-white colorway of the 80s terrace favorite—the Puma Classic Palermo OG. After some time, the shoe will now be made available to the public.
Shop the original blue-and-white color combination with its retro T-toe construction, classic gum sole and the signature PUMA tag, evoking a deep sense of football nostalgia. As an ode to its Sicilian namesake, the upcoming release will also include two new colorways that take inspiration from Palermo’s iconic fruit vendors, locally called fruttivendolo.
