For their 150th anniversary, Levi’s taps rising K-pop sensations, NewJeans

Minji, Hanni, Daniell, Haerin and Hyein stand as the denim brand’s newest Global Ambassadors

There’s no denying NewJean’s impeccable star power, from their dazzling Y2K aesthetics to a short but addictive discography co-signed by the likes of Rina Sawayama and almost the entirety of the K-pop industry. Apart from that, the girls also have become faces of different brands that range from fast food chains and tech to luxury houses. This time around, long-standing denim brand Levi’s garners Attention as they tap the girls of NewJeans to be their newest Global Ambassadors. After all, nothing seals the NewJeans deal like repping a denim brand.

The OMG singers’ name, NewJeans, points to their aspirations to become classic icons of this new era, which aligns them with the timelessness of Levi’s 501 Originals denim. To kick off this partnership, Levi’s will drop a brand campaign featuring the girls sporting items from the upcoming Spring/Summer 2023 collection. So keep your eyes peeled for more content featuring NewJeans!

Lil Nas X, Camila Mendes and more front Coach’s “In My Tabby Campaign”

The campaign highlights: what we carry makes us stronger

In recent years, we’ve seen an influx of “What’s In My Bag” content online, ranging from serious series to parodies. Coach aims to redefine this with the campaign for “In My Tabby,” where brand ambassadors flaunt the things that made them who they are today. Not only the physical items, but the emotions and experiences that shape their present versions. From stories of identity, dreams and uphill battles, Lil Nas X, Camila Mendes, Japanese model Koki and Chinese actress Wu JinYan show the world that what we carry makes us stronger.

Coach’s Tabby bag sits at the center of the story, a modern silhouette that the house reimagined to embody this generation’s self-expression, flexibility and spirit of individualism. The campaign will come to life worldwide, with succeeding pop-up stores and activations that allow everyone to explore how the Coach Tabby fits their personality and style.

We’ll learn more about its flexibility through an upcoming foray into Decentraland’s Metaverse Fashion Week and an upcoming “Made to Order Tabby” activation coming soon.

In the Philippines, Coach is exclusively distributed by Stores Specialists, Inc. Shop in-store when you drop by Rustan’s Shangri-La, Rustan’s Makati, Power Plant Mall, Greenbelt 5, City of Dreams or Rustan’s Cebu. Shop online via Trunc.ph, Rustans.com and Zalora.
