United Colors of Benetton
The beloved Italian brand returns to Manila
90s favorite Italian fashion brand United Colors of Benetton is back and has set up shop in two key shopping destinations: Shangri-La Mall in Ortigas and SM Mall of Asia in Pasay. “I am personally, immensely proud to be leading the group relaunching the brand here in the Philippines,” says Hans Clifford Yao, Co-Founder of Metaretail Ventures, Inc. which brought the brand to the Philippines.
The store opening also featured a mini fashion show, featuring the brand’s spring collection under the new creative direction of Andrea Incontri. The collection itself is fruity and fresh but stays true to Benetton’s design principles—cosmopolitan and smart. It also keeps key elements such as knits, bold, bright colors, and signature stripes.
