#TreatYourself to a cup of hot water + lemon first thing in the morning! It doesn’t only benefit you physically, but it also benefits mental and emotional wellness. I consider this my active meditation time in the morning! One part of my day I can’t forgo even when traveling is reflection time; it can be as simple as writing down three things I’m grateful for every night.

On my way to the London Wellbeing Festival! Thank goodness it’s 3 minutes from the apartment. In Manila, I have clients online and face-to-face, have corporate accounts and do training with them and have workshops in collaboration with different experts. But whenever I travel, I make sure I either learn something new, have an international #PROTONS meet up, or just totally celebrate life through travel.

The London Wellbeing Festival is a Mind Body Spirit event and I felt so connected to each one. I dream of hosting such an event in the Philippines, to not just focus on the physical bodies through wellness but also mind and spirit through wellbeing.

Dr. David Hamilton, author of 5 Side Effects of Kindness, talked about the science of self-love and I love him na? Chos. Haha! I also met an advocacy founder, Sam, of the #sharethelove movement. I also treated myself to an angel card reading. The reader said positive things about the next 6 months in my life. Woot!

I’m on my way to my certification class. It’s for NIA, and it’s about movement of the mind, body and spirit.

When I’m done with one week of classes I’ll be certified to teach NIA all over the world. I can’t wait to teach this in Manila. One of my favorite things about my job is seeing people light up and have that sense of joy and peace in them. I love what I do and I want people to feel this way, too—to love where they are and be passionate and have a sense of purpose in their lives! I can confidently say that I’m in a magical state.
