The category is: fashion, drama and homo automata
“Live Design” were the two words that echoed loudly throughout the halls of The Playground at Bench Tower, the venue for this year’s SoFA Grad Show. SoFA, an academe built upon love for the arts and design in its purest form, takes pride in their method of learning: theoretical but practical and inspiring. In an age where inspiration is instantly accessible (read: Instagram, Pinterest, Vimeo) and the repetition of ideas is inevitable, SoFA encourages its students to dig deep and do a little self-introspection. After all, originality may be dwindling but is necessary, whether for an individual or an industry, to innovate and grow.
