Levi’s Engineered Jeans Are Back

And we’re here for it

In the beginning, there was the Levi’s 501 Original Fit Jean. It’s a legendary pair dubbed as such because of its ability to make the wearer—regardless of gender, body type or size and across different generations—look uh-mazing. Then came the khaki pants and coats, the Stretch and the White. Whenever the denim brand came up with something different or something new, we’re almost always ready to lap it up. Why wouldn’t we? Not only did Levi’s invent the blue jean, it stands for change, too.

This time around, the brand revisits their archives to bring back another legend: the Levi’s Engineered Jeans. First launched in ‘99, their Engineered Jeans became a huge success because of its forward style, matchless fit, and the comfort and freedom in movement it brings the wearer. But what makes the re-issue better than the original? It uses 3D knit technology and four-way stretch fabrication paired with everything else that made it great—yes, like the twisted leg seam.

Available in styles such as the 502 Regular Taper and 512 Slim Taper fit jeans for men and the Loose Jean, Slouchy Taper and Reissue Trucker Jacket for women, the refreshed collection is exactly what we’re looking for: contemporary in design, gritty in feel and features a fit and style that you can live in for days.
