Amid quarantine restrictions and the new virtual show format, Panasonic Manila Fashion Festival this year still found a way to bring its designers together.
All 23 were given a chance to collaborate for the first time with Stylem, an industry leader in textiles tapped by high-street and luxury brands across the globe, and Yoshioka & Co., Japan’s one-stop solution for garment trimmings and accessories manufacturing. Each designer presented their three ready-to-wear looks created with the aforementioned companies on the third day of Season 12.
Now, PMFF is bridging the virtual experience to real life: From June 5 to 13, it’s making the collaborative capsule collections from the PMFF x Stylem showcase available via an exhibit for those who wish to get a closer look.
As a partnership with Ayala Malls, the PMFF x Stylem exhibit showcasing all 72 looks can be found at the Gallery Space at the second level of Greenbelt 5 in Makati City. This serves as the first leg of the exhibit, with the next stops including Hong Kong and Japan.
