Fight for breast cancer awareness with the Avon Fun Run To Boob Love
It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month! So in an effort to spark the conversation on the importance of breast health, Avon is hosting Fun Run to Boob Love, a fundraising event at the CCP Complex this October 21, 2023.
As a strong advocate for breast cancer awareness and prevention, Avon prides itself in its initiatives towards providing intimate apparel with impeccable support and lasting “comfydence,” all while spreading the message of self-care in boob health care. Razvan Diratian, Avon APAC Managing Director and General Manager, Philippines, shares that “Avon has been at the forefront of the fight against breast cancer for over 30 years. With the prevalence of this disease in the Philippines, we believe that no one should be left in the dark when it comes to breast cancer.”
With a community of passionate women, Fun Run to Boob Love does not only consist of the 3K and 5K distance run but also provides an educational experience dedicated to shedding some light on the signs, symptoms and preventive measures to fight against breast cancer and maintain holistic breast wellness. “With the support of our community, we hope this event will break down barriers to breast health education even further,” shares Diratian.” By creating a venue that helps normalize discussions around breast cancer, we can empower more women with the knowledge and skills to take action and save lives.”
