Introducing JENTLE SALON, the third project that JENNIE and Gentle Monster have collaborated on. This collection of eyewear has been crafted with captivating charm designs that support an array of stylistic expressions. With its eye-catching offerings, the two creative forces' joint collection goes beyond the world of eyewear.
Featuring eight distinct frame silhouettes, the JENTLE SALON collection is full of revolutionary details, like temples designed for detachable charms, as well as temples that slide into hair to resemble a barrette. Through Gentle Monster's official online and physical stores, you can choose from a selection of 11 charms that interpret JENNIE's favorite things, such as clouds and capybaras.
In a campaign video directed by Yuann, Jennie pushes her artistic boundaries and emphasizes the innovative design elements of the new collection. Through the use of an analog lens, artist and photographer Petra Collins created campaign images that transport viewers to the dreamlike world of JENTLE SALON.
Discover JENNIE's alluring influence on the exclusive line through special pop-ups across 13 different countries worldwide.
The pop-up events will begin in Seoul and go to New York, Tokyo, Beijing, Bangkok and even Manila. The space will feature nostalgic plush animals that Gentle Monster has reinterpreted as fantastical items revolving around mythological unicorns, symbolizing Jennie's dreams. There will also be a giant unicorn object covered in hair pins inside the pop-ups.
Jentle Salon pop-up will be available at Shangri-La at The Fort, Manila, 5th Ave, Taguig, from May 1 to June 30. Mark your calendars!
