The vivo V30 Series launched on March 20, 2024
Anne Curtis is a woman who has a lot going on. She’s a mother, a wife, an entrepreneur, a host and an actress. But on March 20, 2024 at The Manila Hotel, she stepped into the grand launch of the vivo V30 Series to talk about her experience with the vivo V30 Pro—her “favorite vivo phone to date”—which just hit the market earlier this month.
The 39-year-old multi-hyphenate showed those in attendance a few snaps she took with the device. Thanks to the built-in camera features of the vivo V30 Pro, co-engineered with ZEISS, the snaps shared looked effortless, crisp and even professionally taken.
“The vivo V30 Series is truly exceptional,” remarks Anne. “The capabilities are unmatched, allowing me to capture every detail and emotion effortlessly.”
But it wasn’t just Anne that took the stage during the launch. Experts in the field and representatives from the brand also took the time to discuss the cutting-edge technology that the vivo V30 Series offers.
Marisa Weis of ZEISS remarked how the Philippines is “such a vibrant, emerging consumer market,” further noting that the company believes the Philippine potential in capturing content—particularly in portrait photography. “The goal of our join development [with vivo] is nothing less than enabling users to create pro-level portraits,” she says.
To explain further, Keshav Chugh from vivo Headquarters delved deeper into the ZEISS Triple Main Camera and the ZEISS lens simulations of the vivo V30 Pro. Of course, he also touched on the device’s Aura Light 3.0 feature—a vivo exclusive—which provides the unit with a light-filling tool that enables users to take crisp portraits even in low-light environments.
As if knowing exactly where to capture our interest, Chugh even gave us a few suggestions of where to use it: “You go to nightclubs, restaurants and bars, which have very challenging lights. Any camera will struggle in these challenging scenarios, so we try to solve this problem with the third generation of Aura Light Portrait.”
