Sunnies Studios pledges to utilize reusable, recyclable and biodegradable materials in their roster of products. The Filipino-owned brand introduces biodegradable acetate, plant-based plastic and recycled polyester into the making of their eye wear. Through this commitment, they hope to gradually phase out the use of virgin plastic.Â
This commitment to sustainability means using less fossil-based materials, minimizing their carbon footprint and reducing plastic waste, all while creating high-quality products. As of writing, 77% of new developments are already made from responsible materials. Â
